A Holistic Approach to Wellness
The practice of yoga has helped me navigate stress and explore my relationship with myself, others, and the world. My mission is to ensure these practices are preserved, accessible, and shared with all who seek them, so that each person can build a sustainable, empowered relationship with their own well-being.
Power Yoga is an energetic and creative practice. It unites body, breath, and spirit. It builds strength, sharpens focus, and prepares you for meditation. It builds intelligently and sequentially to make the impossible possible and builds a more meaningful relationship with your well-being.
Rocket Yoga is both playful and challenging. The structure of each class remains consistent, creating familiarity while still allowing for creativity. From practice to practice, you begin to notice what has changed and what has stayed the same. Through repetition, we cultivate strength and develop awareness of deeper, more subtle physical and energetic shifts.
Yin Yoga, though slow in pace, offers profound challenges for both body and mind. Through long-held, supported shapes, the connective tissues are gently stimulated while the nervous system is invited to downshift. This practice teaches you how to soften, slow down, and be with stillness.
Meditation is where the magic happens. The physical practice prepares your body and nervous system for the deeper inner work of developing a relationship with your true Self.
Yoga Philosophy, as taught in the Bhagavad Gita and the Patañjali Yoga Sutras, provides an ethical framework for how you practice yoga postures and meditation, how you translate what you learn on the mat into how you navigate your day with grace and strength.
Pilates and Corrective Exercise support longevity and functional wellness. These practices strengthen the core, support spinal health, and improve joint stability and mobility. Through targeted, evidence-based movement, you address muscular imbalances, refine movement patterns, and help your body move more efficiently and with greater resilience, allowing you to continue to practice and live for years to come.
Nutrition is the fuel that powers the entire system. Personalized, sustainable nutrition grounded in evidence-based practice, supports energy, recovery, hormonal balance, and your long-term health. Nourishment, rather than diets, create a relationship with food, and habits that are realistic, inclusive, and adaptable across all stages of life.
