      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>The practice of yoga has helped me navigate stress and explore my relationship with myself, others, and the world. My mission is to ensure these practices are preserved, accessible, and shared with all who seek them, so that each person can build a sustainable, empowered relationship with their own well-being. Power Yoga is an energetic and creative practice. It unites body, breath, and spirit. It builds strength, sharpens focus, and prepares you for meditation. It builds intelligently and sequentially to make the impossible possible and builds a more meaningful relationship with your well-being. Rocket Yoga is both playful and challenging. The structure of each class remains consistent, creating familiarity while still allowing for creativity. From practice to practice, you begin to notice what has changed and what has stayed the same. Through repetition, we cultivate strength and develop awareness of deeper, more subtle physical and energetic shifts. Yin Yoga, though slow in pace, offers profound challenges for both body and mind. Through long-held, supported shapes, the connective tissues are gently stimulated while the nervous system is invited to downshift. This practice teaches you how to soften, slow down, and be with stillness. Meditation is where the magic happens. The physical practice prepares your body and nervous system for the deeper inner work of developing a relationship with your true Self. Yoga Philosophy, as taught in the Bhagavad Gita and the Patañjali Yoga Sutras, provides an ethical framework for how you practice yoga postures and meditation, how you translate what you learn on the mat into how you navigate your day with grace and strength. Pilates and Corrective Exercise support longevity and functional wellness. These practices strengthen the core, support spinal health, and improve joint stability and mobility. Through targeted, evidence-based movement, you address muscular imbalances, refine movement patterns, and help your body move more efficiently and with greater resilience, allowing you to continue to practice and live for years to come. Nutrition is the fuel that powers the entire system. Personalized, sustainable nutrition grounded in evidence-based practice, supports energy, recovery, hormonal balance, and your long-term health. Nourishment, rather than diets, create a relationship with food, and habits that are realistic, inclusive, and adaptable across all stages of life.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Inspired by the teachings of Pattabhi Jois and Baron Baptiste, Power Yoga is energetic, creative and mindful. By deliberately moving our body thru space we wake up all the energy channels in the body and build tapas, or discipline, so that can move thru life with strength and grace.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Offerings - The Rocket Series</image:title>
<image:caption>The Rocket was created by Larry Schultz when he was teaching yoga to the Grateful Dead. Realizing that the athleticism of Ashtanga wasn’t right for the Jam Band, he re-sequenced the Astanga primary series to be more accessible to them. When Bob Weir asked Larry what the yoga they were learning was called, Larry said it didn’t have name. “You should call it Rocket, because it gets you there faster” and so the Rocket was born. The Rocket consists of 3 distinct sequences. Rocket One is based off Primary Series and practiced on Mondays (to warm you up) and Thursday (as an active recovery). Rocket Two is based off the Intermediate Series and is practiced on Tuesdays (up the mountain) and Wednesday (the peak of the week!). Rocket Three is combination of Rocket One and Two (ninety+ poses in ninety minutes).</image:caption>

<image:caption>Yin Yoga is slow, meditative and powerful practice. This practices gives the muscles a break so that you can more effectively stretch the Fascia, connective tissue in your body. Based on meridian theory, these practices bring balance back to the body and challenge the movement of the mind.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Offerings - Meditation</image:title>
<image:caption>Ultimately the purpose of Asana, the physical yoga practice, is to purify and prepare the body to sit with sthira, steadiness, and Sukam, sweetness. Meditation allows you to go within and examine the rich world inside yourself. Overtime, consistent practice can help to build patience, calmness and focus. Yoga Nidra is powerful meditation practice, sometimes called "yogic sleep” this practice takes deep within to cultivate and support your life’s purpose.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Offerings - Yoga Philosophy</image:title>
<image:caption>The Physical Practices of Yoga Asana, the poses, and Pranayama, the breath work, are only small portions of the yoga practice. All our classes incorporate Yoga Philosophy to the practice to help set the tone for more than just a work out. The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali and The Bhagavad Gita serve as guides to ease not only our yoga practice, but our life.</image:caption>
